1. I am so grateful to Kurzgesagt for all the effort they've put into the things they make! Everything is amazing and beautiful, the info about each object is great, and the insane sense of scale is so much fun to explore! I also love that there's no ads.

5. It would be so cool if there was a VR version/adaptation to this as well, but this is so far great! The control for zooming does have a slight weirdness to it from what I recall, where it would speed up the zoom in/out very slightly the longer I held the zoom.

6. One of my favorite parts of Kurzgesagt videos is the super smooth animation and quality, and 25fps is quite mediocre compared to the videos.

7. It's still tappable without too much trouble, though.Super fun to just go through and really try to comprehend the vast size of the universe while also try to realize how tiny things are too.

1. Fix Universe in a Nutshell Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Universe in a Nutshell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Universe in a Nutshell App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Universe in a Nutshell" » Open Universe in a Nutshell » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Universe in a Nutshell » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Universe in a Nutshell app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Universe in a Nutshell servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Universe in a Nutshell" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Universe in a Nutshell app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Universe in a Nutshell might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Universe in a Nutshell. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Universe in a Nutshell then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Universe in a Nutshell not working

2. Fix Universe in a Nutshell Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Universe in a Nutshell be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Universe in a Nutshell not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Universe in a Nutshell may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
