Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HK Radio Issues

- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HK Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check HK Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HK Radio might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall HK Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HK Radio then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HK Radio not working
