Find my kids Customer Insights

1. Time and money wastedApp, is the worse, I paid for the app thinking it will be better than the free version, I believe it's worse, it keeps shutting off my notifications, could never find my child when needed, turn on sound? Is this a joke sound/voice command that takes forever to load or doesn't load at all.

2. Paid for a subscription (1 yr) and 3 months I got a banner across the screen saying to "active my subscription" when you click on it it want to charge me is whole new fee that's even more than the one I paid 3 months ago.

3. I strongly believe it should be unlimited time with the subscription you purchase! You don't even offer any minutes with the purchase of any of the subscription plans.

4. Update: Subscribed in August 2022, over time, I've had different issues, 9 months later, dropped 5 stars to 1.

5. I also don't see the option of listening in to surroundings or application control as stated either.Seems alright for an app, although I think it's kind of a gimmick with paying for the extra services, but then making you pay for minutes to hear the surroundings.

6. I pay monthly for the subscription version and the tracking was great.

7. Great! I click the link and get an error verifying my email and to contact support through chat.

8. Specifically, the ability to activate the phone's microphone, along with the ability to both listen and record the audio of it's surroundings.

9. Don't bother with the paid subscription it's worthless.

10. I paid for a year subscription and can't get a refund.

11. Purchasing the license, plus a monthly subscription is required.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Find my kids Issues

1. Fix Find my kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Find my kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Find my kids App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Find my kids" » Open Find my kids: live GPS tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Find my kids » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Find my kids: live GPS tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Find my kids servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Find my kids: live GPS tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Find my kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Find my kids might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Find my kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Find my kids then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Find my kids not working


2. Fix Find my kids Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Find my kids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Find my kids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Find my kids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi. i have installed Find my kids on my iphone and Pingo on childs phone. Everything works, but i do not see application statistics in my phone so i can not check how much time spend my child on which application. Also i do not have the chance to block the apps during her school time.

  • I was supposed to have got refunded for the months of July, August 2020 and September 2020 and still no refund. My bank is getting involved because they were told you all was sending refund and my lawyer is getting in involved because of how long its taken for wrongfully charged refund 31.99×5 for yearly charge.   • Hi , need to cancel this subscription immediately . hit the phone by blind mistake while walking holding my phone which was unlocked .
