What should I do?This is a wonderful app and i would give it five stars if the stories book section you can hear the stories while u follow for the younger kids who dont know how to read big words but will listen to storiesNice app I love that app but the videos are comming from youtube that I not like because my parents are not allow to watch videos on youtube so l will uninstall it but l dont want .

Take care and stay safe at work.Hi developers, the pictures in the Google store shows that the app has a search option, but it actually doesn't, can you please let me know how to enable it?there's no way to watch full episodes...it cuts every episode in half...theres not even an option to pay to watch the whole thing.

3. please do seprate it from youtube .I'm on the app store trying to download the app the reviews are okay and the pictures look good so I'll update when it installs but it's taking forever to download witch I don't understandIt is best for kids.

4. Not to necessarily report a video just that I prefer they didn't watch that one.I was super excited to see sesame Street on here! I haven't tried to watch anything on here yet, I'll update my review when we do watch something.

5. And like the part, that after playing a video its go back this app's home page except the first video of kid channel list... It's leave me in YouTube app.

1. Fix Kids Videos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kids Videos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kids Videos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kids Videos" » Open Kids Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kids Videos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kids Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kids Videos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kids Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kids Videos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kids Videos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kids Videos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kids Videos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kids Videos not working

2. Fix Kids Videos Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kids Videos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kids Videos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kids Videos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
