What should I do?This is a wonderful app and i would give it five stars if the stories book section you can hear the stories while u follow for the younger kids who dont know how to read big words but will listen to storiesNice app I love that app but the videos are comming from youtube that I not like because my parents are not allow to watch videos on youtube so l will uninstall it but l dont want .

3. please do seprate it from youtube .I'm on the app store trying to download the app the reviews are okay and the pictures look good so I'll update when it installs but it's taking forever to download witch I don't understandIt is best for kids.

1. Fix Kids Videos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kids Videos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kids Videos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kids Videos" » Open Kids Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kids Videos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kids Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kids Videos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kids Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kids Videos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kids Videos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kids Videos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kids Videos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kids Videos not working
