1. Additionally, there is a significant amount of content that I cannot turn off without eliminating the age limit feature, thus creating even more work for me to manually manage all of the content.Some of the apps are great and my daughter is able to learn a lot.

2. It was a better app before the latest update, now it's just frustrating and not really worth the money.When reading books, the app requires a network connection and consistently loses my place, forcing me to waste a few min refinding my page, every time I want to read.

3. Second, it would be nice to set more detailed schedules for when it turns off and on, on specific days and for multiple time periods.We have 3 kids that use Kindle fires.

1. Fix Amazon Kids+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amazon Kids+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amazon Kids+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazon Kids+" » Open Amazon Kids+: Books, Videos… » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazon Kids+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amazon Kids+: Books, Videos… app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazon Kids+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazon Kids+: Books, Videos…" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amazon Kids+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon Kids+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Kids+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon Kids+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazon Kids+ not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazon Kids+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazon Kids+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazon Kids+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
