Why should I report an Issue with Sittercity: Find Child Care?

1. *edit I use the browser version which is fine but I don't really see the point in the app if the only way I can check my messages is through the browser.It won't update my location, keeps showing jobs in the Chicago, Il area.

2. Very slow and I've been experiencing issues where is won't even work, saying there's no network when I'm on my home WiFi and everything else works totally fine.

3. If you can't fix it no matter what you do, try THIS: apkpure(.)com. I've gone for version 3.1.2. Just remember to turn off Sittercity's Auto Updates in the app store cause it WILL sort itself out to Updated and Broke if you don't.

4. App doesn't work, I lost track how many times I have reinstalled it over the months ! You are able to use the website perfectly from a PC, definitely not on a App.

1. Fix Sittercity Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sittercity: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sittercity App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sittercity" » Open Sittercity: Find Child Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sittercity » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sittercity: Find Child Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sittercity servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sittercity: Find Child Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sittercity app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sittercity might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sittercity. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sittercity then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sittercity not working

2. Fix Sittercity Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sittercity be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sittercity not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sittercity may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
