1. *edit I use the browser version which is fine but I don't really see the point in the app if the only way I can check my messages is through the browser. It won't update my location, keeps showing jobs in the Chicago, Il area.
2. Very slow and I've been experiencing issues where is won't even work, saying there's no network when I'm on my home WiFi and everything else works totally fine.
3. If you can't fix it no matter what you do, try THIS: apkpure(.)com. I've gone for version 3.1.2. Just remember to turn off Sittercity's Auto Updates in the app store cause it WILL sort itself out to Updated and Broke if you don't.
4. App doesn't work, I lost track how many times I have reinstalled it over the months ! You are able to use the website perfectly from a PC, definitely not on a App.
5. I can see from many reviews talking about the same thing about the app not working and still haven't cared to fix it!App needs a lot of work particularly around search.
6. But then it tells you to close tab to go back to Sittercity, well there's no tab to close so I tried the back button on my phone, goes back to Account Settings & asks you to sign in everytime.
7. Website works, but there's no point in having an app if it isn't going to work.
8. I paid the subscription fee, but if the app doesn't work I see no reason to use the service.just use the website.
9. The app worked normal/fine in the beginning but I haven't even gotten the messages tab to load in months.
10. It allows you to post a job looking for a sitter with a free basic account, but the only way you can get in touch with applicants is to pay the $45 a month fee for premium.
11. I've missed several messages and opportunities since the app crashed. The app is great when it works, but it hardly ever does.
