1. I went out and purchased a 20 dollar tv antenna rather than more apps that will not work!!! I do not typically put poor reviews but Ive had to contact your company several times with poor response times, no clear way of getting help or being told I need to go spend more money!Have been using DMPro for quite some time and it has been good.

2. Special Events are often cut in the middle of watching, causing you to need to find an alternative feed to watch.Took over 24 hours for my subscription to activate once it did it worked for a week before everything just stopped working now when I try to load up the app it just bring me back to my home screen it was a really good app I dont no what's going on with it now but I had to many problems from the startBest IPTV option I've tried out.

3. Not every channel has an epg, but that isn't a big deal and I'm sure that will change in time Some channels do take some time to load and buffer for a bit in the first twenty seconds, but then it works fine.

4. But once you turn on the VPN it is virtually flawless!! Picture quality is excellent on almost every channel, and the EPG is a nice simple design that's very user friendly.

5. Understanding that ALL live streaming services will suffer from occasional lag, I would give this app 5 stars.The Good Pricing is great Streaming quality is great.

6. Works all the time and picture quality is always on point.

7. Personally I'm not a fan of VLC and I think it would of been better to go with another player but I'm sure they have their reasons It doesn't say the quality of the channel when you select it.

8. I hope that they stick around for awhile, and don't get shut down like other IPTV services.It works flawlessly on my Nvidia Shield TV box and Firestick.

9. The second half of this review isn't meant as a rip into the makers of this app, but more of a friendly head up and"here are some suggestions"Best IPTV service I've used.

10. Even though they have a great selection of channels from Canada and USA, they are missing some popular ones, but hopefully in the near future they will add them.

11. It's not really fair to blame the app over things caused by poor internet connections, or the use of unreliable iptv servers.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DarkMEDIA pro Issues

1. Fix DarkMEDIA pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DarkMEDIA pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DarkMEDIA pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DarkMEDIA pro" » Open DarkMEDIA pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DarkMEDIA pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DarkMEDIA pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DarkMEDIA pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DarkMEDIA pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DarkMEDIA pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DarkMEDIA pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DarkMEDIA pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DarkMEDIA pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DarkMEDIA pro not working


2. Fix DarkMEDIA pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DarkMEDIA pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DarkMEDIA pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DarkMEDIA pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Very disappointed in technical support associated with your TV Service DarkMedia Pro. Six days have passed after paying for 3 Mo subscription of TV Service and no username or password has been sent to me to login and activate service. App just boots me out and never loads when trying to open app. This is my 3rd attempt reaching out to you guys with "zero" response, either refund my $45.00 or get me up and running. If technical support ever interviens and assist with activating Service, I expect my 3 month of service to begin on the day of service activation and not from September 3rd when payment was made.
