Why should I report an Issue with ResoOnline?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Resonance - JEE Advanced, JEE Main, NEET etc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Also I would like notification section to be functional for all courses.Could have given 5 stars but the interface is not very refined and lack some basic features as it is very difficult while checking analysis to jump from question to question and no sorting options are available (i.e sort by subject)It is very good app for online test .... but it has a small amount of weakness that it automatically log out after very few days.. Although it is very good app launch by resonance for online test for NEET preparation It can also have options to download notes and test paper for practiceIt could be 5 star but it does not allow to reattempt the paper given in past.

2. No doubt that the test papers on the app are good but the questions and options written on the screen are too small to read which causes strain in eye.

3. Although there is an option for zoom in but that's not user friendly and we can't even rotate the screen so that the words appear something larger in size.It's a good app; as it has all the modules and other contents that we usually need primarily.

4. One more thing it doesn't even show the tests which we have given ( Suddenly they just vanishes from our tests list after some time).And doubts are never answered... God knows why doubt option is there when u don't have to answer them and we don't have access to it.

5. Students cannot find practice test series , view previous years papers, the app has a weak UI and is incapable of helping students in any way.

6. 'Download' option for modules should be made available too, so that we can access them even when we're offline.This application is good in terms of UI but there are flaws.

7. Long story short, your friends might prove more helpful than this app.To start with..... marks and ranks are not displayed even after 3 days of test.

8. It requires only the best of the networks to open the sheet.I am happy that some things have been changed however still only some important tests have a schedule but NOT ALL.

9. If the test is paused, the time limit countdown starts from the beginning again.

10. This can also be positive, if this is taken as a message that the test must not be paused, and done in a single sitting.

11. Also, the format hasn't updated, and there aren't JEE-Advanced pattern tests.A very weak and out-dated app.

1. Fix ResoOnline Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ResoOnline: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ResoOnline App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ResoOnline" » Open ResoOnline » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ResoOnline » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ResoOnline app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ResoOnline servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ResoOnline" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ResoOnline app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ResoOnline might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ResoOnline. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ResoOnline then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ResoOnline not working

2. Fix ResoOnline Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ResoOnline be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ResoOnline not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ResoOnline may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
