1. maybe if I'd actually gotten my payout I'd rate it higher, but as it is the app is useless because the entire point is the payout.I've used this app for a long time and had collected a good deal of points.

2. When it says "316 coins per minute" what they really mean is "316 coins for the first minute and some increasingly larger number of minutes as time goes on." I tried the app for a weekend and while the coins came quickly very briefly at first, they slowed just as quickly and barely became a trickle all too fast.

3. I've emailed support several times and never get a response.It started out good, but for a week now it stopped giving me credit for playing games...😒 *Update: So there's a big lag when you get credit for playing games.

4. Currently it won't show my games and stopped counting my game time, because I can't open it through the app.

5. But the amount of time you have to play to gain points is insane.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix App Flame Issues

1. Fix App Flame Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart App Flame: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the App Flame App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "App Flame" » Open App Flame: Play & Earn » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for App Flame » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear App Flame: Play & Earn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from App Flame servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "App Flame: Play & Earn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check App Flame app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, App Flame might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall App Flame. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall App Flame then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing App Flame not working


2. Fix App Flame Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make App Flame be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to App Flame not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, App Flame may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I just downloaded the App when i am opening it it tells me that there is a Suspicious behavior on me which are not allowed according to the terms and conditions, off which i do not know them. This is my third or fourth attempt to collect points that I earned from playing games that I was not given. This is NOT in regards to a gift card payout.. this in regards to earned and accumulated points. I am an active user of your app, and I enjoy using it. I have two complaints. #1: For the game "Collect Em All", I am to earn 166 points for EVERY LEVEL COMPLATED. I am currently on level 277 which equals to 45,982 points .. I have only received 9,462 points from the app. I am owed 36,520 points. #2 With the game Color Water Sort 3D I am to acquire 149 for EVERY LEVEL COMPLETED, I have finished 51 levels and have only received 4,470 points, I am owed 3,129. In total your company owes me 39,649 points. When I play these games I watch adds in which the company gets paid for .. you providing the app and me installing, playing and watching is teamwork. I am holding up my end of the deal. As a legit and professional company I would expect you to hold up your end also. Thank you for your time and please provide me with the 39,649 points that are owed to me.. This is the second email regarding this ... Also, I am now on level 287 of the game Collect em All and I did not receive points for ANY of the levels I played.
