I just wish its stay it like this and just improve " that and this ", and stay the free and friendly ads pop-out.I love this app just when it get updated it was still ok but now I don't understand it again ooo I have downloaded a particular novel like 4x to read offline then if I use it for a day or to it will just vanished and I will have to redo it again what annoyed me most is that you will not see it in the history unless you know the title but wat of some I don't know pls try and work on it if I see the changes then I will give you your five-stars 👍👍👍👍I just updated the app a few days ago and its a great experience.

2. Othervise, it's fantastic!It was a really great app but now instead of full chapters they upload just a paragraph, what is the point of reading when u don't get the full story to read.. At first i thought it maybe a temporary issue and will be fixed soon but now it has been months with this issue.. "irritating and pathetic"Its not the best but its better than other with coins and ads that pop-out every now and then.

3. Thank you very much !The best stores and I like bcz almost everyday updated... But the only problem is now is loading always.. Why???? When I open the app is loading.. Hmmm can you fix this problem.. Anyway the stories are good and best..Free Novels however page animations can be improved.

4. Hope to fix it soon.I would really appreciate if you guys would add offline reading because when I travel I enjoy reading novels and I can't read the wonderful novels here and I usually have to go to a different app so if you would be willing to make it offline I will give this a 5 star .

5. There is a lot of problems such as search function, font size in some places (not the book itself), the shadow for cardviews and more and more.

6. But the thing is, it's bit of a hassle to scroll and find the last chapter of the novel I've red when I exit the app.

7. The only problem is that you have to scroll down everytime to where you left.

8. I don't want to be that bad guy who talk trash, but please don't rush publishing the app before its finished.

1. Fix Novel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Novel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Novel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Novel" » Open Novel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Novel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Novel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Novel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Novel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Novel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Novel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Novel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Novel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Novel not working

2. Fix Novel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Novel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Novel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Novel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
