Why should I report an Issue with Meme Maker - Mematic?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It ONLY has 3 pre-made templates from where you can choose to put your text (iOS version has a "free" mode).

2. If there were a way for me to pay $2.00 to remove ads and the "made with mematic" stamp, I would do it in a heartbeat.Android version fails to deliver.

7. When I picked free mode I wasn't able to add a bar or caption of any sort and when I picked caption mode I couldn't put in any text.

9. It only has like three possible templates and you can't really reposition text or change size.

1. Fix Meme Maker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Meme Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Meme Maker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meme Maker" » Open Meme Maker - Mematic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meme Maker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Meme Maker - Mematic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meme Maker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meme Maker - Mematic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Meme Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meme Maker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Meme Maker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meme Maker then reinstall.
