1. and the user interface of the app and website are just awfulThe app was ok till the last update , from that point , as soon as internet connection getting slow the seeable size of screen becoming smaller instead of the quality getting low with the same full screen.Very good app, using for over 6 yrs, free, no ads.

3. Also, this app needs Chromecast support.very bad!!!!! The program is installed on my phone, but at first the message "Unspecified error" is written and it does not enter the program.!!!! My mobile model is "Huawei Y6pro" with Android 5.1It improved recently, but now it's terrible.

1. Fix Telewebion Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Telewebion: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Telewebion App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Telewebion" » Open Telewebion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Telewebion » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Telewebion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Telewebion servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Telewebion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Telewebion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Telewebion might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Telewebion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Telewebion then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Telewebion not working

2. Fix Telewebion Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Telewebion be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Telewebion not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Telewebion may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
