Why should I report an Issue with Teamwork Projects?

1. It's unstable (crashes sometimes), slow to load info, clunky (the options I want to select are too deep within menus within menus), graphically it feels like it was made for a desktop environment with a mouse rather than a phone with a finger, and overall it feels like an app from a decade ago.

2. I love teamwork projects in a browser or desktop app but the android app needs to be redone from scratch.

3. I want my team to be able when leaving office for a client meeting to easily pick the project and start the time tracker and hit stop by the time they get back.

4. Please add one-click filtering view change, to easily toggle view tasks by: Active, assigned to me, view by assignee, view by today/late, etc.Was generally doing well, use it to create tasks quickly and identify issues while away from desk.

5. it takes many steps to get to where i want, lacks ability to @mention people in comments, takes a lot of taps/a lot of menus to drill into to get to where i want.

7. The fail screen only has a "back to app" button but when i tap it it just takes me to a random screen with a small drawing of people in the corner (????).

8. Good examples are Todoist or any other productivity app with an Editor's Choice from the Google Play Store.

9. Then it refreshes to the usual oAuth screen so i select my Google account.

10. Many features are missing or are not conducive for managing tasks outside of the desktop version.

1. Fix Teamwork Projects Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Teamwork Projects: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Teamwork Projects App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Teamwork Projects" » Open Teamwork Projects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Teamwork Projects » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Teamwork Projects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Teamwork Projects servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Teamwork Projects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Teamwork Projects app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Teamwork Projects might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Teamwork Projects. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Teamwork Projects then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Teamwork Projects not working

2. Fix Teamwork Projects Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Teamwork Projects be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Teamwork Projects not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Teamwork Projects may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
