1. So... which is it? Already exists or doesn't exist?Crashed 3 times in my first 5 minutes use on Android... Couldn't get any navigation itinerary... Did not recognize CDG Airport as a destination (I live in Paris...). Doesn't work...?Can't give 5 stars because when I try to login or make an account it says my information is already registered but I haven't registered yet :( Plus no easy customer support email :(Junk, does not find ANY locations.

2. When I try to reset password using this email address, it says email doesn't exist.

1. Fix Glob Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Glob: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Glob App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glob" » Open Glob - GPS, Traffic, Radar & Speed Limits » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glob » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Glob - GPS, Traffic, Radar & Speed Limits app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glob servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glob - GPS, Traffic, Radar & Speed Limits" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Glob app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glob might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Glob. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glob then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glob not working

2. Fix Glob Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glob be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glob not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glob may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
