1. If only laundry symbols were as easy to understand just like this app, I'd have saved myself thousands of pounds worth of clothes over the years! An incredibly clear, easy to use and very friendly simple app.

My only suggestion is an option to pay to remove ads.Really informative and you can long press any symbols and when you go to the selected tab it explains why the symbol is there for example do not bleach says that the garment cannot stand bleachDoes exactly as advertised, was hoping there could be a paid ad free version.

4. Its a little confusing to add new clothes but it works well once you figure it out!Absolutely necessary if you live alone! This app saved me from ruining silk and chiffon garments and figuring out what the best way to care for my more delicate clothing is.

1. Fix Laundry Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Laundry Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Laundry Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Laundry Pro" » Open Laundry Pro - care symbols » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Laundry Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Laundry Pro - care symbols app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Laundry Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Laundry Pro - care symbols" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Laundry Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Laundry Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Laundry Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Laundry Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Laundry Pro not working

2. Fix Laundry Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Laundry Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Laundry Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Laundry Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
