1. You can't add another gmail on your phone if you do it won't work so all 25 phones that this app supports will have access to your contacts credit cards photos etc.... Just dumMy Yearly subscription is not working & hasn't in over a month.

2. Keep the good work up!It never works properly you have to have one gmail for all accounts but each phone also has there own personal gmail and this makes this app not recognized that you actually paid for it or the settings it will also tell you to add phones when you already did.

3. Not until of recent when I came recommendations about this invisible tracker Prohackerservices@ gmail com and I decided to give a trial.. but suprisely my lost phone was found within few hours of contacting this great tracker.

4. Now to help anyone else having those problems I think I've figured it out when you go to the settings on the app at the top it says to improve connectivity click here click the setup button then go to the optimize battery and turn that off it should work so far it's been working like it used to for me.

5. Video part is good but I am honestly considering uninstalling it unless something gets done about the voice recordings they definitely are not clear UPDATE 2/22/2021 i changed it from 4 stars to 2 the audio sucks the clarity is awful you'd think after this many years they'd get it fixed.

6. During any call like WhatsApp, messenger etc.. It doesn't allow the target mobile to connect to the mic and speaker unlike gsm phone calls.

7. when remote phone is video chat then it become useless if you are trying to connect to other phone.

8. It even allow you to hear remote phone caller voice.Constantly lose the feeds from the devices I added.

9. Video works great the first couple of days, it them just shows me black screen and no video.

10. I installed this app trying to track my lost phone, nothing came out of it and still not positive.

11. DONT WASTE YOUR TIMEOk I was having connectivity issues unless both phones were on WIFI but in mobile network it was in and off.

1. Fix Find My Device & Location Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Find My Device & Location Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Find My Device & Location Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Find My Device & Location Tracker" » Open Find My Device & Location Tracker - TrackView » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Find My Device & Location Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Find My Device & Location Tracker - TrackView app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Find My Device & Location Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Find My Device & Location Tracker - TrackView" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Find My Device & Location Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Find My Device & Location Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Find My Device & Location Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Find My Device & Location Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Find My Device & Location Tracker not working

2. Fix Find My Device & Location Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Find My Device & Location Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Find My Device & Location Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Find My Device & Location Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
