I'd give it 5 stars if it had a few more options, like adding some frames, filters, or a cropping feature.This app is actually what it says it is finally found one that allows me to just retouch a few acne blemishes and not completely restructure a whole face something that you don't have to have a degree in photo editing to use! thank you pixl!Ok, but just using.

2. A refine tool, smoother, whitener does not constitute "powerful"... But again it is a smooth UI and all features work properly so 2 stars but this doesn't rival the programs I already use.Does exactly as described.

5. I'm giving a bad rating because the way you have it now doesn't even work! Your own fault.Good for quick pimples, but you can easily screw up a photo very easily.

6. You see, I have 2000+pix on my camera to use as a rotating background so when the app opens up, it does not open up to folders first, it simply soews all my photos at me.

7. I love the app but simple thought to "use cases" with the UI would go a long way to what could be the go to app.Maybe I'm used to faceapp/face tune 2 but this is not the "powerful" tool it claims to be.

1. Fix Pixl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pixl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pixl App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pixl" » Open Pixl - Face Retouch & Blemish » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pixl » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pixl - Face Retouch & Blemish app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pixl servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pixl - Face Retouch & Blemish " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pixl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pixl might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pixl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pixl then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pixl not working

2. Fix Pixl Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pixl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pixl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pixl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
