1. just throw the apps into the seawhy after every updated MUST log-in again? the app cant keep user log-in info!!!!cannot play radio on android box, pls fix it !Prefer the old version which is more friendly & its not cutoff after a minute.Great app clear picture and stable.Radio streaming shut down when screen turn off.The new system is very disappointing.. dont waste time to upgrade if its not gonna work smooth.Great app with lots of programmes to listen to and watch.

2. new version such a downgrade, no more easy browsing, such limited item, need search to find one, also the video player options setting are lame, no playback speed, buffer too long..prefer the old one, pls updatethe show that i'm looking for isn't available, the results for browsing are limited too.

3. after updating the latest version, looking for Hicon radio, I can't find it.

1. Fix RTMKlik Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RTMKlik: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RTMKlik App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RTMKlik" » Open RTMKlik » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RTMKlik » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RTMKlik app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RTMKlik servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RTMKlik" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RTMKlik app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RTMKlik might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RTMKlik. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RTMKlik then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RTMKlik not working

2. Fix RTMKlik Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RTMKlik be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RTMKlik not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RTMKlik may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
