Very disappointed!For Canadians and People of the United States this is an app for a tv service located in Mexico only its called Megacable and this controls payment wifi control and more this is not a app for paid internet tv it's a Mexican tv provider only for Mexico so sorry for all up in the north but 60 bucks for a land line 200mbps wifi and 80 channels and 3 tv boxes and hbo with hbo max included 60 usd bucks is reasonable unfortunately upthere in the north cox in the usa is 200 for the same in the south.One of the worest app to use.

Such incompetent app developer should feel guilty of it's functionality.After install the app, I cannot open it on my Samsung S20 FE, I tried closing the app after open it, uninstall it, install it again but the app just doesn't workThis app is terrible, I downloaded it and if failed, following the suggestion in the comments I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it doesn't start.

3. I know my email is correct because i have been working with the support/development team and they have verified both my email and my password work on multiple systems in Mexico but not in Alberta.

4. I don't mind the flaws it might have cuz i only use it for payments.Great service if have some issu the company fixe and clear all questions have.If this app doesn't work it might not be the app's fault.

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Megacable APP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
