Very disappointed!For Canadians and People of the United States this is an app for a tv service located in Mexico only its called Megacable and this controls payment wifi control and more this is not a app for paid internet tv it's a Mexican tv provider only for Mexico so sorry for all up in the north but 60 bucks for a land line 200mbps wifi and 80 channels and 3 tv boxes and hbo with hbo max included 60 usd bucks is reasonable unfortunately upthere in the north cox in the usa is 200 for the same in the south.One of the worest app to use.

Such incompetent app developer should feel guilty of it's functionality.After install the app, I cannot open it on my Samsung S20 FE, I tried closing the app after open it, uninstall it, install it again but the app just doesn't workThis app is terrible, I downloaded it and if failed, following the suggestion in the comments I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it doesn't start.

3. I know my email is correct because i have been working with the support/development team and they have verified both my email and my password work on multiple systems in Mexico but not in Alberta.

1. Fix Megacable APP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Megacable APP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Megacable APP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Megacable APP" » Open Megacable APP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Megacable APP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Megacable APP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Megacable APP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Megacable APP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Megacable APP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Megacable APP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Megacable APP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Megacable APP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Megacable APP not working

2. Fix Megacable APP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Megacable APP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Megacable APP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Megacable APP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
