2. It also includes all uniforms, not just Type III's like earlier reviews said.This app is helpful for all the basic stuff, but if you need to access the specialty information on rate, service, and merit insignias that is on the website, the app-to-browser transfer does not work.

3. Highly recommend this app also be designed to work offline without constant internet connection.As a navy exchange uniform department employee, using this uniform app is very helpful.

4. If these websites are only accessible via a computer, WHY EVEN MAKE IT AN OPTION TO CLICK ON A PHONE APP?I noticed the negative reviews some left because they could not get past the disclaimer page.

1. Restart MyNavy UNIFORMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyNavy UNIFORMS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyNavy UNIFORMS" » Open MyNavy UNIFORMS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyNavy UNIFORMS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyNavy UNIFORMS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyNavy UNIFORMS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyNavy UNIFORMS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyNavy UNIFORMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyNavy UNIFORMS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyNavy UNIFORMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyNavy UNIFORMS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyNavy UNIFORMS not working
