2. THIS DOES NOT MAKE SINCE.😡😡 As soon as I touch my phone, to look at a text message there is a pop-up.😡😡If I were reviewing Messenger as a basic application, it would get 4 stars for its versatility and social connection abilities.

3. My home screen icons started to disappear as the app took up space, i didn't like that so i uninstalled.For those frustrated, like myself, with e efyone wanting a piece of you, just don't set up Samsung or Glaxy , only do what's minimally possible.

4. It took me awhile to "deny", " uninstall, remove from display , unattach my emails , notifications , etc.. im pretty free and clear now still have apps close instantly for no apparent reason, stalls occasional.

5. Grouping apps sounded great in theory, but in practice the app is useless.Added a row of 4 icons from the first 4 people in my contact list that i never contact.

1. Fix Messenger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Messenger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Messenger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Messenger" » Open Messenger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Messenger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Messenger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Messenger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Messenger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Messenger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Messenger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Messenger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Messenger then reinstall.
