Why should I report an Issue with PokeTrade?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Add a 'sort' filter to sort results by recently updated.Old trade offers, rejected offers, or cancelled offers don't disappear making it very confusing and hard to navigate through new and ongoing trades.

2. -There seems to be many accounts that are inactive.Wish there was a option to search friends by there name.

3. The filtering helps a little but isn't 100% accurate and it doesn't prevent those out of range trade offers either.

4. Also maybe a way to set two cities that you are near and a way to keep people from different countries from contacting you if you don't spoof.Overall, the app seems like it needs a lot of updates.

5. If we had an option to send messages like we already have but to direct friends by search that would be so helpful.

6. Pros: -I've received region specific/event Pokémon in trades that I wouldn't have been able to catch.

7. Also doesn't have an offline option so you may get offers at any time of day or night.

8. 2: in the app, the new message notification sometimes does not disappear even after I have replied to a message.This app has been steadily improving it's features over the past few months.

9. First of all, many of the pokemon in the game are missing, such as the Island Guardians.

10. Change the offer system so users can choose to only receive offers which refer to their wishlist.

1. Fix PokeTrade Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PokeTrade: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PokeTrade App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PokeTrade" » Open PokeTrade » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PokeTrade » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PokeTrade app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PokeTrade servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PokeTrade" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PokeTrade app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PokeTrade might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PokeTrade. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PokeTrade then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PokeTrade not working

2. Fix PokeTrade Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PokeTrade be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PokeTrade not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PokeTrade may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
