Why should I report an Issue with Parlor - Social Talking App?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Parlor to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I'll stick with possibly losing my voice on Twitter rather than using this app.Horrible app!... The whole set up was more of a hassle than it was worth ... Had my account for a short time and was private,but i still I got hacked... when I went in to delete the account, I couldn't remove my profile picture and some information wasn't retrievable!!.. I don't recommend this app.This was a nightmare to set up, and only found out a bit later this was NOT the app I was looking for.

2. It's pretty basic so quick figuring it out, but actually using it, not so quick!!! There's 8 tiles, each labeled with a topic, click on topic and app (attempts) connects with someone (just one person) after 40-50 connection attempts on various topics I only made 1 connection.

3. I deleted all main stream social media profiles and need somewhere more positive and truthful to interact with and saw Parlor recommended.

4. Sad to see it won't work.I created an account, but the only search engine in my app is located where my friends should be.

5. He thought this app sucked! Didn't get much else from the conversation as app cut conversation short.Profile creation was awful.

6. When you attempt to view any of the topics, and there are only 5 or so, the app plays very loud music even with the volume down.

7. The platform was messy to navigate and made little intuitive sense.Setting up my account was annoying.

8. So I finally figured I would reach out and explain why i haven't been using the app.

9. constantly crashing and restarting and half the time it doesn't let me end a conversation that I'm on and I have to close the app completely.

10. I'm looking for a site to swap for Google; which is a hopelessly biased site.

1. Fix Parlor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Parlor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parlor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parlor" » Open Parlor - Social Talking App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parlor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parlor - Social Talking App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parlor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parlor - Social Talking App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Parlor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parlor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Parlor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parlor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parlor not working

2. Fix Parlor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parlor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parlor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parlor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
