Why should I report an Issue with LRT.lt?

1. I just watched 1h video with no option to reduce quality and it consumed 1.7GB of data... Thats insane...Live streams get constantly interupted by opening news pages forcing to turn look for stream again and having a chance to miss something important.

Other than that the app works nice, better to use it on mobile rather than open a bew tab.Love LRT as a whole and the app is pretty great, but, since I almost exclusively use it to listen to radio, the lack of turning off video stream option like the one on your website makes me rate it 2 stars.

3. If I'm not mistaken, all phones with Android 6 and above have this option.Data eater! Need to update the app to have an option to reduce video quality or to have an option to make default preferred video quality.

4. Wonderful.Not posible to listen radio records from archive, it simply doesn't work on android!!!It is very sad because the name of this application appears with mistake: we have RADIJAS, not "radija".

1. Fix LRT.lt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LRT.lt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LRT.lt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LRT.lt" » Open LRT.lt » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LRT.lt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LRT.lt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LRT.lt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LRT.lt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LRT.lt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LRT.lt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LRT.lt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LRT.lt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LRT.lt not working

2. Fix LRT.lt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LRT.lt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LRT.lt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LRT.lt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
