To sat the least, completely frustrating and a waste of time for a short story..1 star!Makes you pay for 25 episodes that were all part of preview, then you still have to pay more to keep watching for 30 seconds per episode that would cost a fortune just to watch as much as one full length movie while the movie in a theater would only be about $15, this would cost hundreds for the same 2 hours worth of episodes.

2. Not a good value unless you want to wait between episodes and watch a lot of ads.Scam. I got interested in a show on Facebook and it played through to cut off at a huge climax and, to watch the next "episode", I had to down load this app.

3. I would go to watch the next episode and it would be the last one I watched the day prior and no matter how many coins I had it took them all to unlock the last episode.

4. I want a refund.It keeps taking me back 3 episodes in the story and makes me rewatch the same things over and over taking up all my coins.

1. Fix ShortMax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ShortMax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ShortMax App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShortMax" » Open ShortMax - Watch Dramas & Show » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShortMax » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ShortMax - Watch Dramas & Show app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShortMax servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShortMax - Watch Dramas & Show" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ShortMax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShortMax might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ShortMax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShortMax then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShortMax not working

2. Fix ShortMax Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShortMax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ShortMax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ShortMax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
