Now recently, I can't even use the damn app because whenever it asks me to log into Facebook and I do, it just stays on the Facebook homepage and does nothing.If the developer states that they do not keep your information ill give it 4 stars but so far nothing, if you used it and had a heart attack realization on what you just did just change your password and go into your settings and select "log out all sessions" your messages might be still compromised but at least your whole account isn't.

That's why I have changed my 5 stars to 3!I logged in, but never got the list of the number of messages I've shared with friends, and it keeps showing "loaded, waiting for sign in" when I have already signed in...had to uninstall it because I realised this app is freaking uselessYah.. perfect app.. it has just took 5 seconds finishing its result.

3. Idk if that's because the system just takes the few hundred people you've chatted but this app definitely works and promises privacy.I used to love this app! Since I changed phone, I can't use it! Even in my previous phone as well! I don't know why! Many people told at comments that they uninstall it an reinstall it to use, but again is not using.

9. I found it good, but then in another day I tried to login 'again'.. It took 1 decade of loading and not even showing any result.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cool Friends » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cool Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cool Friends servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cool Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cool Friends app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cool Friends might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cool Friends. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cool Friends then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cool Friends not working

2. Fix Cool Friends Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cool Friends be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cool Friends not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cool Friends may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
