1. I just want a qr reader to start by showing the camera, I really don't care about creating QRs or going to previously scanned ones! This app became immensely more feature full, but in my opinion, unnecessarily so.The best QR/barcode scanner available, I've been using it for years.

2. I'm sure that I'm only scratching the surface of what it can do, but one thing I'd like is a hex dump of the contents of the QR Code and a file explorer so I can locate saved images easily without having to resort to Total Commander.Using this for years and always been reliable.

3. If you can't get to the web page you want, then there is no point to using this app.Since a long time already I have had the issue that, whatever option I select to be the default action when opening the app, it always goes to the recent files.

4. I tried clearing cache & data of App, Pay Store & Play Services, Tried Restarting the device, Tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app, Tried to purchase from my another device, Tried to purchase from my friend's account... NOTHING WORKED.

5. I decided again that it's time to purchase it, but all I get is an error message saying "ERROR Transaction declined." It's definitely not my bank, I've purchased many apps through the Google Play Store.

1. Fix QR Droid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QR Droid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QR Droid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QR Droid" » Open QR Droid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QR Droid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QR Droid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QR Droid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QR Droid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QR Droid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QR Droid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QR Droid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QR Droid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QR Droid not working

2. Fix QR Droid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QR Droid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QR Droid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QR Droid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
