Why should I report an Issue with BuddyPet - lovely pets?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of DATA FACTORY to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Its a fun game, would recomend.Awesome app, super cute, easy 2 use would be great 4 kids, u can have as many animals on ur screen (at once) as u want, u can name them & choose what they say 2 u (which can be great 4 reminders), there aren't LOTS of animals but there's a good amount, u can't get all of the animals without buying some VIP thingy but still great app.Ooohhh oooohhhh i love this for this app is too cute!! But, it'd be better if i could feed my pets n play some minigames.

2. When I try closing my opened app tabs it won't let me close them when my buddypet is activated, and I can't swipe left or right on home screen of my phone either... It used to work and I know that for a fact... How can it work again? Was I doing something wrong?Very good, though some more things can be added, such as a more complex and custom talk bubble timing, being able to play music that we choose ourselves, etc.

3. When paying for the VIP option and accessing the other pets, do you get to keep them or do they disappear when the time you've paid for is over? I will be keeping this for as long as it keeps working on my devices.Cute!Really simple and cute!! ❤❤ plus it has more free options then hellopets has, as most pets on there you have to buy with cookies.

But, there aren't a lot of options, there's not as many color or species as I'd like, but it's still enjoyable with the options it does have :)This app is exactly what I have been looking for, theres little to no adds, theres addorable pets to play and interact with and its overal just injoyable to play.

5. For example it would be nice if the pets can tells us when they are hungry, thirsty, or sleepy? Overall the app is great just really hope you guys can add more interactions to make it more realistic.Love this app.

6. Can u make all pets able to talk at anytime and when they're being moved or throwed? N i think it'd be surprising if you make them able to analyze my mood and give daily motivations.

7. I really like how simple it is and how good the graphics are but I wish they had more animations and maybe different personalities? Sometimes it seems that all the cat does it sit and walk from the right to the left side of the screen and vice versa.

8. You can deside if you want the pets to talk and if so you can write sentences and things for them to say.

9. They can hang with you wile you watch shows, do work, play videogames, or talk to friends online.

10. Touch may be delayed.. Kindly look into thy issue and resolve it at the earliest...I've always wanted to have a pet so when I saw this app I really enjoyed it because it allowed me to have my own little pet, but it would be great if there was more interaction between the owner and the pet.

11. Was looking for a long time to find something that was similar to another screen cat app I have, so was thrilled when I found and installed this.

1. Fix BuddyPet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BuddyPet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BuddyPet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BuddyPet" » Open BuddyPet - lovely pets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BuddyPet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BuddyPet - lovely pets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BuddyPet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BuddyPet - lovely pets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BuddyPet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BuddyPet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BuddyPet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BuddyPet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BuddyPet not working

2. Fix BuddyPet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BuddyPet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BuddyPet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BuddyPet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
