1. I have this app for about four years! :D Although has limited functions and keys, all available options are working absolutely fine! l hope the developer can add some more keys to it.This is the only app that can work with no delay and available for full size remote.

2. On + side I could at least use it without watching add.... So it might be preferable alternative in rare cases when it works with your device.I can give this app 4 stars because I found this as the only remote for external audio IR.

4. Simple and practical! if you are licky and have your tv/devices in the list, you can enjoy a simple infrared remote! I tried many others, but none of them convinced me as this one.

5. It's like night and day.I have just tested on my old Samsung tv from my Galaxy S4 Mini phone, works 100 % Now i don't need to buy batteries for my remote any more.

1. Fix IR Remote Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IR Remote Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IR Remote Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IR Remote Control" » Open IR Remote Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IR Remote Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IR Remote Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IR Remote Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IR Remote Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IR Remote Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IR Remote Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IR Remote Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IR Remote Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IR Remote Control not working

2. Fix IR Remote Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IR Remote Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IR Remote Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IR Remote Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
