1. * The NHK app CAN NOT be opened in Multi-Window mode, so you can't watch NHK while using any another app! * While playing the live news in portrait mode, the video fails to remain on-screen as you scroll the tv guide below.

4. I also want to echo Thomas R.'s and several other users reviews: The app screens are too sensitive to any horizontal vector when the user scrolls down, and constantly switch to the UNdesired screen, i.e. from TV to RADIO.

5. Also, if a live program is being repeated (indicated by the red PLAY button over the image) you CANNOT set a program alarm for it.

6. Its no longer fun to use this app.New version has closed captioning on by default for live broadcast with no apparent way to turn it off.

7. Clearly the data rate has been strangulated to a point where the image is now low res, grainy and often with artefacts, and this even on a very fast, reliable connection on which every other service can easily deliver HD1080 or even 4K.
