1. Other than that, I really recommend this app for others! Worth the money!I've been using Ibis paint x for over a year now, and decided to finally buy the app since I loved the free version so much.

2. (And if you get the electronic one that connects to android, it has built in support!)This really is a great drawing app! There are so many options and brushes to use, and it's pretty easy to learn and navigate through too! I still have a problem with colors though, I want to be able to organize them easily, like having different customized palate folders for easy organization and access.

3. The touch controls are intuitive and responsive, there's a cloud for saves, and even in the free version (IbisPaint X), there's a way to get the paid brushes for free, and they stick around for a while.

4. Using the free version just has ads, and you can easily avoid that by turning off your internet.

5. Not just the ad free and the brushes, but also the filters and textures and such... just a suggestionBetter to use the free version.

6. It's a waste of money to buy the "full" version as opposed to the free one.

7. I've never had any problems with the free version, and yet the paid version appears to be broken.

9. By the way, I'd like to point out that in a review someone said they downloaded the computer version and it worked awfully.

10. Whenever I have the app pulled up, the volume on my tablet is fine, but then when I exit the app or shut off my tablet while I am using the app then my volume is reduced to zero.

1. Fix ibis Paint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ibis Paint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ibis Paint App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ibis Paint" » Open ibis Paint » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ibis Paint » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ibis Paint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ibis Paint servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ibis Paint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ibis Paint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ibis Paint might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ibis Paint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ibis Paint then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ibis Paint not working

2. Fix ibis Paint Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ibis Paint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ibis Paint not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ibis Paint may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
