Hi! I need help getting into my account. I tried logging in through Facebook and got an error that said: "Invalid OAuth access token - Cannot parse access token." I have no idea what this is or how to fix it

I'm an artist named Rihannayanna in ibis paint media and when I tried rechecking on my drawing from 3 years ago, it seemed to not load. I tried and tried for 2 days, and nothing is working. I literally saw that it was okay around thursday, can you fix it? I'm desperate. VERY desperate.

Dear ibis Paint x, I am writing to you after trying my very best to get back my artwork from the ibis paint x app on my android phone that is broken and won't turn on. Unfortunately, not all artwork had been backed-up, especially the ones I spent hours on. It truly is discouraging for myself as it is my fault, but if there really is any way that I could receive them back somehow, I am willing to try it. As the founders of the app, I am sure you can understand the extent of an artists connection with their art regardless of how good or average the art is. Hello, my app has been crashing as soon as I try to open it. It will boot me back to the home screen before I am even in the app. I have tried restarting my phone, clearing my cache, clearing my storage, force quitting, and deleting and reinstalling the app. I really enjoy using the app and am disappointed that it is not opening. The problem started happening after I got the animation update. I have a REVVL 6 Pro. If there is anything you could do, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Version 11 will not open on my phone. I have made sure everything was up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing fix it. When will you be releasing a new fix?

While the app is amazing and all, I do have one complain. I have been trying to sign in, in cloud storage so that I can save and backup my art. But when I try to sign in on cloud storage (using my Facebook account) it always says login error. Then I tried using twitter to log in but instead, I need JavaScript to support the app or something. Then there's the other option to use apple but I do not have an apple account. Please tell me what's the problem, I've trying hours to figure out, searching for solutions but I have zero results. It would be greatly appreciated if you respond to this quickly, thank you.

Hello! My ibis paint x keeps crashing whenever i try to watch a playback of the drawing. I've restarted my device, cleared the cache, etc. When I try to download a 30 second video of the playback (which I have done before) an error message pops up. It says failed to encode an artwork file. SHortage of memory occurred. It's only with one specific drawing too. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I have plenty of space on my device and my wifi/internet is perfect.

I know this is probably hopeless. But mere minutes ago I accidentally deleted several drawings from my gallery. I didn't get a warning that deletion was permanent, but doing a search online shows there is no way to recover deleted art. There is no trash folder or anything that temporarily holds deleted art? I'm desperate for a solution if there is any.

SUDDENLY VANISH MY DRAWING WHILE DRAWING

I had a iPhone 8 and just switched to a iPhone 13 and now there has something that had been changed with the new Touch Style for the iPhone 13. I had a IPhone 8 and would use it to draw on a drawing software I used called Ibis Paint x, where the only supported devices would be eight and under because of 3D Touch. Is there a way that I could change this, fix this, or even try to simulate 3D Touch without having to use the hardware, or do I need to implant something from a older phone in order to do so?

My app keeps crashing and when it says to watch the playback to restore a damaged file, it always restarts at 99 percent. I've tried restarting my computer, shutting it off, reinstalling the app, and logging in and out. How do I fix it?

Short and simple. Ever since my internet got worse, which is probably my fault, I would like a feature that can load an ad for at least a minute, to wait for the internet connection. Since I can't really pay for the premium Ibis paintx lol. So can there be a feature where you could wait for an ad to load?? Basically an option to wait for an ad to load.

Hi, There been a problems with ibispaint x lately. Every 3 minutes or 5 minutes the app suddenly froze, it didn't crash the app and return to my home screen but froze entirely, I had to refresh ibispaint a lots of time but the problems keep repeating, my ibispaint x was acting normally until August it suddenly having problems, even if I did do "clear cache" it will eventually repeating the same problems again and again I can't not delete the app because i have a lots of my drawings there. Sorry for bad grammar.

Hi, I’m a content creator, and I’ve had a huge issue with ibispaint. When I had ibispaint, I didn’t remember having any sort of cloud storage feature and not all people have Twitter,Facebook,or apple. I’ve had almost a thousand projects on my phone, ranging from projects dating back to almost 2019. I’d like my projects back somehow and am using a different program to reach this app. Whenever the app has a new feature and needs to be uploaded again, it deleted everything. Best regards, Zai A.

I'm just now getting into digital art, & I made my first completed digital artwork on ibis a few weeks ago. On the tablet I made it on, the colors look perfect! However, on other devices, the colors look wrong. I was having fun choosing & using the exact colors I want, so this problem really bothers me. Is there a way to keep the colors looking consistent with what's shown on my tablet's screen?

I have this one art work that took me 5 hours and still isnt done. while doing another work i was one by one scrolling at the artworks i made, the drawing that took me 5 hours lagged, it was loading but i exited the app because my phone was lagging. when i went back it said it was gonna restore it, while restoring it slowly i accidentally closed my phone and when i got back to restoring it froze and crashed. i think it was done restoring or something, when i looked at it the art work was blank and i lost all of it. everytime i watch the process it stops at a certain time then crashes. Honestly sad that i lost my beautiful art work :(.

Hi, Lately ive changed phones and had to get the cloud on my account. So when i started to use the cloud on my new phone it started to say a error code and not work initialization failed failed to initialize the framebuffer:1 I did have a big file which i understand was not good but i had it for a series and as a joke to some of my friends. Just now since i wanted to test something I tried to restore a canvas and it worked but I do want to know how to prevent this from happening again. I have stopped cloud sync for the time being though.

Hi. I'll get straight to the point if thats alright, so as I was drawing I went into pens and picked one. I wanted to adjust it, and soon after, the app crashed. I was fine with it until i realised, all my layers were blank soon after i entered the drawing again. I tried to restore about 20 times, it keeps getting stuck at 99% and then crashing. Hi, i would issue the problem of whenever i tried to edited my work it lags and i got out of the app. I try many ways especially by duplicating, however the duplicated one was even horrible. It takes me to a process, and then a sudden blacked out with a loading, after it is finish it takes me to my passcode to unlock. I assume it was when my phone is off and turned on again? What’s the cause and how can i fixed this. I am sure if i deleted this app now i will be stressed

Hello, i found this issue with my artwork many times. What keeps happening is that every single time i open the app to continue my work on a drawing it says that the file has been damaged and i need to restore it Every. single. time. I download the file again, wich takes about 10 minutes, i guess. Im not complaining about the time, but about the damaged file. I will be happy if this issue will get fixed. Some people say that they're artwork has an error but i don't know what actually happens and neither how to solve it(i think its on computer). The device i use is a phone, btw. Hi. I have a problem with ibis paint. Whenever i use the eraser the app crashes, when i turn it on again i can use the eraser for a while but later when i try to erase, it crashes again. This has been happening for a couple months, though it didnt happen as often earlier. I dont think it is my devices fault, because other than this, the app runs smoothly. I would really appreciate help because its almost impossible to draw like this and i enyoy drawing on Ibis paint very much.
