Why should I report an Issue with SocialDog for X (Twitter)?

1. Updating does not help.Rubbish product, does not do 1000 per day mass-unfollows as it says it does in the marketing materials (you have to click every unfollow which renders it a completely disgraceful and useful app).

My mother is my: Legal Guardian and Care Taker, and she tells me what I can & can't pay because I only get a small amount of money that must last a whole year because I get a gift card on every December 25th but it almost never last no more than 3 days but I can only pay $0.99 (I'm 43 today 4/28/2020).You can't even register.

3. No free version other than a trial!Tried to login and every time said failure to load.The UI Is super slow 🐢.

1. Fix SocialDog Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SocialDog: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SocialDog App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SocialDog" » Open SocialDog for X (Twitter) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SocialDog » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SocialDog for X (Twitter) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SocialDog servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SocialDog for X (Twitter)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SocialDog app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SocialDog might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SocialDog. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SocialDog then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SocialDog not working

2. Fix SocialDog Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SocialDog be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SocialDog not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SocialDog may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
