1. Great products with the best prices! Each product goes up for auction several times so you never miss out! They also give you a chance to purchase the products after it is auctioned! Only downfall is the extrememely long wait for your product to arrive in the mail.love the smooth bidding process so simple, and if you get outbid on an item another one of the same thing comes up for bids not too long after! The support team ROCKS!! they've returned all my queries about anything really quick usually next day(pending on time frame when asked).

2. Don't waist your time in tophatter, you won't receive your items! Klever however, is a good app and customer support always gets back with you!Besides the long wait to receive items.

3. Uninstalling the app.*update*** Initially, I gave this app only 1 * because of the lacking customer service on a couple of non recieved items that were marked as delivered.

4. however it's the same items over and over again(very seldom does new items come on).As apposed to tophatter, this is a really good app! The products are about what you get off wish, but the prices are cheaper and the shipping is faster.

1. Fix Klever Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Klever: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Klever App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Klever" » Open Klever: Play, Win & Shop! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Klever » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Klever: Play, Win & Shop! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Klever servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Klever: Play, Win & Shop!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Klever app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Klever might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Klever. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Klever then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Klever not working

2. Fix Klever Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Klever be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Klever not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Klever may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
