Why should I report an Issue with 2 Euro?

1. I will change to five stars an update includes the option mentioned belowComprehensive, fast, clean, light, easy to use, orderly! The only thing I'd like to see inproved is a quickier switch for HAVE/NOT HAVE e.g. long press on the coin to switch between the two states, would be a good mechanism.The app is good, but, since I share my collection with my boyfriend, we would like the possibility to export the backup in a file.

2. It would be helpful if we could insert the backup from one phone to the other.Nice app but does not have the standard 2 euro coins per country (the original backsides)App is unbelievably well made and easy to use.

3. This is so sad:(Hi.. Vey nice app.. Clean and tidy.. Am not giving 5stars couse i cant add all my coins of my collection... A have about 85 deferend 2 euro coins.. And add in the app just 54...what about the others.. some of them are before 2004..others after 2004...i dont know.

4. Would like two additions, but not essential: -ability to export have list -add further info for each coin i.e. Descriptions of each coin feature design ThanksFor some reason i can't see the specific value of the coins.

8. Ok they are in order of date but when you collect a coin it's easier to find it when in an alphabetical order.

9. By missing this faction is hard for the collectors to share their swap list for exchange.

1. Fix 2 Euro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 2 Euro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 2 Euro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "2 Euro" » Open 2 Euro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 2 Euro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 2 Euro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 2 Euro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "2 Euro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 2 Euro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 2 Euro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 2 Euro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 2 Euro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 2 Euro not working

2. Fix 2 Euro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 2 Euro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 2 Euro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 2 Euro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
