Why should I report an Issue with EURik: Euro coins?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I won't give five stars for two reasons: the layout it's practical but a little outdated and the premium version it's about 4€ which I find it a bit expensive, other than that... just great!Messy app, All my records disappeared, and the differentiation between pre and post-2008 euro map in the back face of regular coins disappeared for most of the countries, I really hope this is sorted soonThis is such a useful app for euro collectors.

2. Two things I would add: a way to check how much your collection is worth (the raw value of each coin), and a description of each coin's motive and why it's important for the given country.I really like this app, I can keep track of all my coins and it's a must have for all colectores out there.

3. I would love to receive a notification for thatThis is in my experience the best application if you start a collection of EURO coins! Regular series and commemorative 2 Euros coins are all provided including special rare varieties with marks, and regularly updated .

4. My sister collects, too and it would be amazing to just see if a coin I have twice would fit in her collection instead of having to actually check in with her every time.I wish there was a notification setting where we could get notifications about new coins.

1. Fix EURik Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EURik: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EURik App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EURik" » Open EURik: Euro coins » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EURik » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EURik: Euro coins app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EURik servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EURik: Euro coins" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EURik app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EURik might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EURik. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EURik then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EURik not working

2. Fix EURik Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EURik be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EURik not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EURik may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
