1. For example even after you've downloaded your books and created an account, there is no separate section where you can find your downloads.How to add profile picture in my profile...? I can't found any option in this app.. If you add the readers count view option it will help the readers to find easily the better and popular stories to read... It is too difficult and take so much time to add long stories in this app due to the limited word count option... If you can solve these issues this app will attract more writers and readers than any other malayalam story publishing app..It can be opened in the app only.

It's more for the upcoming writers only.Its a really great app to showcase your talent but some suggestions are if a new book is uploaded its notification should also be there And after reading the full book only the rating options should come up otherwise all good.I heard about this app and would love to have this .

3. Please provide new audio stories, also separate section for stories, novels, also update the viewed history of write-ups.Application is very good.

4. But, u must make there a facility to show the no: of views of our creation as that of status View in whatsapp .pls pls adapt it.Audio books are not available in full length of the books.

1. Fix My Books Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Books: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Books App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Books" » Open My Books : Malayalam Library » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Books » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Books : Malayalam Library app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Books servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Books : Malayalam Library" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Books app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Books might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Books. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Books then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Books not working

2. Fix My Books Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Books be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Books not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Books may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
