2. their CS is VERY easy to contact via whatsapp AND u can talk to them about fashion like friends! the only disadvantage is you cant delete ur account; still hoping to use my personal email :(I was very dissapointed at the first time purchase! I ordered a blouse at 11/11/19, then suddenly they cancelled it with out of stock reason.

5. It came more interested with the service of CDBB but they decreased the automatic discount (IT WAS 5% - 7%, NOW ONLY 4% - 6%) and increased the minimum purchase at the same time to get this discount.

6. was so frustrated trying to sign up, tried to reinstall so many times but still cldnt sign up until i use another email, might have sth to do with my email, not sure.

7. Just by clicking on the pic and it will delivery right in front of your door.I dont want to receive any notification window pop op on my mobile, even when I did not open the app.

1. Fix Sorabel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sorabel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sorabel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sorabel" » Open Sorabel - Belanja Baju, Coba D » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sorabel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sorabel - Belanja Baju, Coba D app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sorabel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sorabel - Belanja Baju, Coba D" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sorabel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sorabel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sorabel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sorabel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sorabel not working

2. Fix Sorabel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sorabel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sorabel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sorabel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
