Why should I report an Issue with Photo Warp?

1. I'm gonna give this a two stars unless youre gonna fix the problem with the app.this is terrible! The gallery doesn't even show up and I can't pick any photos and if I do tap on the screen it says I bring up a photo and I can't even edited it just shows a black screen I hope you can fix this cuz it used to work for me about a year ago maybe it's the new update I don't know fix it NOW!It's good, but if I put in the photo I want to warp, it just shows blank for 5 seconds and then it sends me back to its homescreen.

2. All I see are bad reviews since the past few days and app developers do not seem to update or correct the issue... I just uninstalled it and will look for another similar app instead.I used this app so much, but just recently after I chose a photo from my gallery to edit, the photo was just black, but the editing tools were there, but my picture wasn't.

3. When I search for a folder named Photo Warp (or the like) it's also nothing to find... Also when I click on SEND it's not possible to solve my problem, then I just receive an error message and can't send either...It used to be a great app.

4. But now in the new update, whenever I upload any pictures to edit it doesn't come up in the screen, just black.

5. Everytime I try to load an image from my phones gallery into the app, I get a black screen.

6. Screw it!Great app, you can do a lot with it, it doesn't cost money, and so far I've been making different things and wierd pictures with it and sharing it with little to no ads.

1. Fix Photo Warp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Warp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Warp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Warp" » Open Photo Warp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Warp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Warp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Warp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Warp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Warp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Warp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Warp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Warp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Warp not working

2. Fix Photo Warp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Warp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Warp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Warp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
