Why should I report an Issue with Mobile Connect To TV USB?

1. as well as card readers from your phone or tablets- All you have to do is connect the tv to read phone informations or connect tv with the same hdmi cable as your smart phone then open this android software and connext and you can enjow watchin movies and gaming on tv .

2. You can too display your tablet screen on tv using cable hdmi if it has hdmi output . if your android tablet has no hdmi output you can connect mhl adapter to hdmi splitter .

1. So what am I doing wrong I'm reading everything that I can find on the internet wiping myself out! Any ideas?Scam !!! Don't waste your time ! Just bombards you with ads, tells you that your phone is HDMI / MHL compatible (even if it isn't), then does ABSOLUBTLEY NOTHING to connect your mobile to your TV ! The ONE THING this app claims to do !!!Connected than disconnected all the time.

Dont waste your time on this app....everytime you try and connect it to a device or open the app it stops working and when you go in it again it bombards you with ads ....honestly such a waste of time....not a good app at all!!!! Honestly so useless!!!!Came closer to being useful than a lot of other apps.

3. I mean, all this apphas shown me is (USB OR HDMI DISCONNECTED) even when the phone is clearly charging when inserted into the TV.Shows "HDMI not connected everytime when the cable is working perfect.

4. And Toooooo many ads.Unfortunately application just says USB isn't connected, and each time you acknowledge it, it displays a new ad.

5. How can I trust NordVPN? I can not give 1 star let along 5 with this type of performance.For some reason, all that this app has done is wasted my time, no offense to the producers.

6. U not even got enough time to open screen mirroring app becouse all ready disconnected.

7. It doesn't mirror or cast.Just like the other reviewer said it doesn't do much beyond saying "scot or god or ga ga" repeatedly and never connects.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile Connect To TV USB » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobile Connect To TV USB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile Connect To TV USB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
