1. I usually stop trying to pair after a while since it seems to range from a 5 minute set up to a 10-15 minute set up if you really want to listen and have patience.Good as a simple Bluetooth speaker hooked up to almost anything.

2. Then Iheartradio and Tunein won't let you listen to songs unless they are on a radio station, then Spotify will not let you listen to songs connected to your speaker unless you have Spotify Premium.Love these Fabriq speakers.

3. You can use it as a bluetooth speaker and it will work but it won't connect to wifi even after hours of troubleshooting.

4. If you're looking for a wifi speaker, keep looking!When it does connect its really good.

5. Another thing that I had an issue with was trying to play Spotify and would not find the speaker even though I was paired up.

6. The sound is good, and like how I can still play music over the speaker while watching a video off of my phone.

7. Some who already have a speaker and some who don't, maybe have an option which open menu to select so your not flipping through different screens in app to try and find your speaker to pair.

8. I believe these were all possible because of the built in DLNA capability.once you get your speaker to connect correctly its really great.

9. Alexa can still be used in the app if your smart enough to use it with your phone and even Google will work via phone or app with Bluetooth!!!Please don't waste your money on this product.

10. When used as a Bluetooth speaker it's great as a small room speaker and bookshelf speaker.

11. Truly frustrating.The app doesn't let you listen to songs or videos that aren't on the apps they chose to be on there (tidal, spotify, Iheartradio, Tunein, and Napster).

1. Fix FABRIQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FABRIQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FABRIQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FABRIQ" » Open FABRIQ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FABRIQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FABRIQ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FABRIQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FABRIQ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FABRIQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FABRIQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FABRIQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FABRIQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FABRIQ not working

2. Fix FABRIQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FABRIQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FABRIQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FABRIQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
