1. Haven't had a response for over two weeks by support email.This app is absolute BULLS***! Was awesome at first, I was earning a decent amount w/out issue, then all of the sudden, app wouldnt credit any of my in-app purchases, or track the game levels I was on, despite constantly "recording my game play".

2. They fixed the issue and I did receive a gift card!Three stars... Mainly for the fact that, I've been using the app for quite some time now... and all of the sudden, I cannot get the app to work at all.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and when I logged in I got a pop-up saying thatThe app noticed some unusual behavior from my account that was against their terms of service and now I can't even get in at all.The application seems honest, but if the application is not counting your playtime; the problems might be with the notification being blocked.

4. Only really poorly made and BORING games that were loaded with ads are available and it took an unreasonable amount of time to earn enough coins for a possible payout.

5. However, along with this undesirable issue... It is also, very limited, on the types and styles of games, as well as it being a very slow earning app, if you don't play specific games.

6. Just keep all of the options beneath the other option checked, and then the application should keep on counting your points for playing the game.

7. When I FINALLY had enough coins, the app says it "needs" facial recognition to confirm my identity.... WHAT!? Bunch of scammers!! I can't delete this app fast enough.Absolute trash app.

1. Fix Playsmart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Playsmart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Playsmart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Playsmart" » Open Playsmart - Win Gifts For Your Time Spent Playing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Playsmart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Playsmart - Win Gifts For Your Time Spent Playing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Playsmart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Playsmart - Win Gifts For Your Time Spent Playing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Playsmart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Playsmart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Playsmart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Playsmart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Playsmart not working

2. Fix Playsmart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Playsmart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Playsmart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Playsmart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
