1. Ability to zoom into chosen area that actually works would be a start.I have subscribed to the app this year but I am unable to access any of the sites despite downloading the relevant countries, I have tried everything to open camp site details! DisappointedGreat app for finding sites in your area whilst away and now handy discount card is in the app rather than a cardboard card.Terrible app I have downloaded countries it tells me I have not very disappointing I will not be using in future 🙂 I cannot get any sites up x have deleted and tried again on and off line x help needecI don't understand why there are different ACSI apps, why it has such a complex charging model, why the maps take so long to download, and fail to download again and again.

2. Not able to see the downloaded campings, not able to see the acsi card, my god who screwed up this nice app? Please fire this employee asap.This app is slow and the user interface is not intuitive.

3. Latest app version always loses all the downloaded maps, today, 27th March, problems seem to be solved.

4. The app keeps telling me that I need to download country maps that I have already downloaded.

5. Support is excellent... prompt and second to none... kudos!A couple of bad sites, mostly good information and directions very good.

6. Having a bit of a problem at the moment... app identifies my new tablet as a phone, as it can make phone calls, so no landscape mode.This is being addressed.

1. Fix CampingCard ACSI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CampingCard ACSI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CampingCard ACSI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CampingCard ACSI" » Open CampingCard ACSI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CampingCard ACSI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CampingCard ACSI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CampingCard ACSI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CampingCard ACSI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CampingCard ACSI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CampingCard ACSI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CampingCard ACSI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CampingCard ACSI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CampingCard ACSI not working

2. Fix CampingCard ACSI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CampingCard ACSI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CampingCard ACSI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CampingCard ACSI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
