1. Can we get an option on how we hear the book on audio? I don't want the app to automatically direct me to the recorded audio, but rather give the option of the recorded version or the complied TTS version my phone can provide.

2. The app supports highlighting, but although a menu item pops up occasionally to remove a highlight, it doesn't actually work, so highlights are essentially permanent.The app is great just for reading.

3. please do something.its a great app but it doesn't have good memory... I would love it if you can make it in such a way that when you open it it takes you back to where you were studying and shows you what books you have looked at and also I would love if it had where someone can write notes.

4. Why does the app need so much data while running in the background? Are the books being updated without my knowledge?Most of the books and other materials don't display the front cover {images}, after downloading.

5. Please fix this issue.For an older version, this app is truly deteriorating in every way, now when you search for a phrase in quotes it does not come up but the phrase will be there, if you go to the book the phrase is there.

6. Took it off an old phone, won't reinstall...guess the phone is too old (not activated anymore) can't reinstall it...installed on current phone, won't play there either.

7. Bible texts can be read from within the app if you've downloaded a Bible, but once you go to the Bible (eg to read the context), there is no way back to the EGW page you were reading.

8. Also the TTS audio option keeps shutting off while reading in the app.

1. Fix EGW Writings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EGW Writings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EGW Writings App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EGW Writings" » Open EGW Writings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EGW Writings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EGW Writings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EGW Writings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EGW Writings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EGW Writings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EGW Writings might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EGW Writings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EGW Writings then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EGW Writings not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EGW Writings be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EGW Writings not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EGW Writings may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
