1. Please fix this issue because its going on 5 months since I reported the issue.ThanksIt want let you log into your account ..and when you do manage to get in and you complete all that is asked ..then you get messages saying you haven't finished .Completely useless, can't login, can't find account, won't load jobs, nothing wasted my time.When searching for jobs it will only show 1 page.

2. And to know someone working within the government created it scares me even more.The app has a bug problem going on or something because it keep telling me my account info needs updating before I can apply for jobs before MDES says not so.

1. Fix MS Works Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MS Works: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MS Works App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MS Works" » Open MS Works » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MS Works » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MS Works app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MS Works servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MS Works" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MS Works app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MS Works might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MS Works. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MS Works then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MS Works not working

2. Fix MS Works Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MS Works be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MS Works not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MS Works may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
