Why should I report an Issue with NorCamp - Scandinavia Camping?

1. Even the offer of paid camping sites is rather limited.We used this app during our holiday for Norway and Sweden camp site, it is an excellent app, simple and all places and info's are accurate.Unnesesary copy of park4night.

2. And it is nice to help get more info and take picture.If you're expecting to get suggestions or to find unofficial, nice places to camp this isn't the app for that.

3. All info was up to date and accurate.This App is awesome! Using it while i'm hitchhiking around all the scandinavian countries and it just shows you every single campsite in the country you're in at the moment.

7. If u go to scandinavia for camping, this app is a MUST HAVE!!!App works well for finding campsites, but functionality isn't optimal yet because there are very little reviews.

1. Fix NorCamp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NorCamp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NorCamp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NorCamp" » Open NorCamp - Scandinavia Camping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NorCamp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NorCamp - Scandinavia Camping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NorCamp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NorCamp - Scandinavia Camping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NorCamp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NorCamp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NorCamp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NorCamp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NorCamp not working

2. Fix NorCamp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NorCamp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NorCamp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NorCamp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
