myAudi Customer Insights

1. I'm on a time of use energy plan, so having this info could save a lot of money.The thought behind the app is awesome but it's not happening! The app doesn't communicate with Audi Connect as it should, crashes often, doesn't work most of the time, disrupts my phone functions and drains the battery constantly since it keeps running in the background.

2. Until then, I do not recommend the app because it justs doesn't work, a major disappointment.Review Edit: Issues seem to have been fixed, the functionality has been working recently.

3. They figured the basic are good enough.The app doesn't work for my Q4 etron on my new phone (Samsung S22+).

4. At this point, Audi could have reverted to a functioning app while they fixed the issues with the newest version but there's no point in having this app on my phone in this condition, so I have removed it.This app is basic.

5. It makes no sense why the app doesn't work from one phone to another or why it's so difficult to get the app to work correctly.When it works, it's OK.

6. Horrible connectivity issues, app simply doesn't work.

7. The basic connection with the Q4 where it is important to have information about charging and the rest is never up-to-date, accurate and all together it is quite funny if it were not sad.App has got worse after recent upgrade.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myAudi Issues

1. Fix myAudi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myAudi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myAudi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myAudi" » Open myAudi » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myAudi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myAudi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myAudi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myAudi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myAudi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myAudi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myAudi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myAudi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myAudi not working


2. Fix myAudi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myAudi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myAudi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myAudi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
