1. For an example I could select to see which bus I could take 5 hours ahead of time, as opposed to just scrolling down the list.Shows a warning that travel *may* be affected, but still shows that the final destination will be reached on time.

2. So if you wanna go some where google it and find the bus stop, then put the bus stop name in this app to know the time and platform.Gives you the connection delays in real time, great for finding routes to your destination.

3. I like the options that fit my preferences!Often doesn't display all travel options, only the ones that have the least wait time.

4. Lastly, a feature which I would love to see added is to be able to select departure options at any specific time.

5. Times are not accurate, sometimes the walking start is later then tram time.It is easy to use, friendly interface.

6. Most important function of a travel planner is to show when I'll arrive at my destination.

7. Occasionally it displays all the travel options, and at other timed it only shows a few.

8. What is missing is the time to arrive of the next bus or tram.

9. So of course the driver later says "no, we'll take a different path, be late and also not even arrive at your destination".

10. I wish it would recommend alternative connection points, but all and all it is a very accurate and easy to use app.

11. Very very frustrating as I relly heavily on travel during dayThe app is precise and consistent.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Travel planner Issues

1. Fix Travel planner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Travel planner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Travel planner App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Travel planner" » Open Travel planner » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Travel planner » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Travel planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Travel planner servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Travel planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Travel planner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Travel planner might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Travel planner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Travel planner then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Travel planner not working


2. Fix Travel planner Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Travel planner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Travel planner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Travel planner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
