1. I'd have given a higher rating if it wasn't for the error messages as the app can work very well.The app would be so much better if it would actually work all the time... when I try to use it on multiple occasions I'm receiving either ' error messages/ server not found ' or ' no bus services available near you ' ( when I'm on the bus stop).

2. Also when you're at a stop with multiple bus stops within a small area, the app can be inaccurate with where you are, the app also says there are a lot of 'server errors', nearly every day, in fact and it can be quite frustrating.Overall it does what it says on the can.

5. App hasn't been updated since 2018 so I would think it's time to fix issues and give us an update.Used to be so useful, you could see where your bus was and how long till it reached you, but lately it's being very buggy.

6. Constant gateway errors , server not found etc... Added to the fact that the journey planner fails to give any realistic options on routes, and telling you that you have to change when you don't.... pretty poor on the wholeThe app runs very poorly.

11. For examples the live map doesn't display all the buses and quite often, the bus you want doesn't appear on the map until it's literally two stops away down the road.
