1. Sturdy ride for around the city.When I tried to stop the rent of a bike , the app crashes, then I tried to call the costumer service and they told me that I need to call at 11.30am , and it was 9.30 , so, 2 h of renting and I was just waiting .Very bad app and very bad service , most of the time their cycles don't unlock.
2. International customers not desired it seems..A phone number is required to register, which means I can't use it as a tourist.App does not work as it should.
3. It takes 20 minutes to rent a bike every timeThere is no cancel subscription button.
4. Taking the bike from a station also doesn't work.
5. Registration doesn't work as no SMS sent to UK number.
6. In total I have wasted one euro, 40 minutes and a lot of mental energy.
7. Bike's returns are not registered properly.
8. The last of those calls I had to end after no response for 10 minutes.
9. There should be an option to manually return the bikes when you know that your hardware is flawed.
10. I trusted this service and bought an abonament.
11. Had to call the hotline 3 times.
