1. Sturdy ride for around the city.When I tried to stop the rent of a bike , the app crashes, then I tried to call the costumer service and they told me that I need to call at 11.30am , and it was 9.30 , so, 2 h of renting and I was just waiting .Very bad app and very bad service , most of the time their cycles don't unlock.

2. International customers not desired it seems..A phone number is required to register, which means I can't use it as a tourist.App does not work as it should.

3. It takes 20 minutes to rent a bike every timeThere is no cancel subscription button.

4. Taking the bike from a station also doesn't work.

1. Fix meinRad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart meinRad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the meinRad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "meinRad" » Open meinRad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for meinRad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear meinRad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from meinRad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "meinRad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check meinRad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, meinRad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall meinRad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall meinRad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing meinRad not working

2. Fix meinRad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make meinRad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to meinRad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, meinRad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
